Hi, May I know the following: 1. How do you ping your PC? From an external network or LAN? 2. Can you ping yourself with the command “ping localhost”? 3. Can you ping some other computers on your network? At this time, please also try the following: 1. Run the following command in an elevated command prompt to disable Windows Firewall temporarily to have a check: Netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off Note: This is just for test; please turn it back on with the command “Netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state on”. 2. Boot the computer to Safe Mode with networking and see how it works. Hope this helps. Thanks. Nicholas Li - MSFT
