Cant log into Google.
Computer wont have anything to do with it anymore. Says "certificate" is no good. When I try and go to it anyway from the warning page it comes up "error 404 page not found". I'm loosing my mind here! Help! I need to log on for work.Ive been trying to set the clock back a few months on the puter to try and fix it but cant find how to do that anyplace. I'm using Windows XP with internet explorer.I have also been trying to do a system restore. Wont work for me for some reason. Am I retarded? It says it wont let me restore to the selected date. (the only date it lets me pic other than todays!) I would like to restore all the way back to when I first plugged the computer in after bringing it home from the store. Ive backed up most of the info so oh well if I loose some stuff.I logged on from a friends puter the other day so I know my account is still good.1 person needs an answerI do too

FIRSTLY. Is your date and system time correct? This is the most common problem for bad certificates.Go to Windows Update and check for the optional update for Root Certificates and install them as offered (as well as any critical and important updates you have not yet installed)No the certificate being wrong does not represent any type of hacking or phishing, and it is very unlikely a virus did it.
