Cant' Map Network Drives With VPN
Hi!
Here at my company in the last few weeks some problems came up with somes user's not being able to access to network drives through the VPN connection.
If i delete all the network drives and try to map them in the normal way (Tools> Map network Drive) i receive a "extended error has occurred", but if i force using the "Connect using a different user name" and putting the domain\user and password of the
person using the computer, it maps the network drive without a problem.....................until the next restart.
Then i have to repeat all this, all over again.
There's no passwords saved in the Windows Password Manager.
I've delete in the Registry, the Keys in MapPointings2.
If i log on with that user in another computer, and try to access the network Drives through VPN, it works like a charm.
And i also know if i format the computer, and reinstall everything, it works as well.
Wich tells me thats a problem in the computer, user account, cache's something like that.
Can somebody help me?
I've been losing these few days search in google for some answers, i tried a lot of some possible solutions but nothing.
They are all WinXp.
Thank you in advance!
Edit: I did not noticed that this was the Win 7 Topic. It is possible to transfer this to the XP part?
