Cannot use any Personalization Settings
So I cannot change my picture password, my lock screen picture, or my user picture. When I try to change my picture password it tells me there's been an enrollment error. I've changed them before, but all of a sudden they just stopped working. When I try to change my lock screen or my user photo, it just loads forever. I've tried adding to the registry. I've checked my credentials manager, it's set to automatic and is running. Any other ideas?

Hello there,

Can you go ahead and try the following steps:

1. open command prompt
2. type: sfc /scannow and a 5-10 min scan will follow

Try then changing your lock screen picture and see if the issue still persists

Hope this helps!

Hi ,

Except above suggestion, you can also try to use different picture formats. There is also possible that you actually havent removed your old picture password.
