Lync Server topology publishing and installation successfully completed, all services running but "Lync Replica ReplicatorServer Agent" failed to start. Therefore, Lync server control panel gives error. What could be the problem?

Hi,

Check the event viewer and let us know if there is any error because if all services are started than there should be no issue in starting this service.

there is only this info on event viewer.
The Lync Server Replica Replicator Agent service failed to start due to the following error:  The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
Event id: 7000
and 
error message in deployment wizard when start services Warning: Cannot start service REPLICA on computer 'lyncsr.domain.com'.
error message when manually start service
Windows could not start the Lync Server Replica Replicator Agent service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

It is about Turkish language. LYNC Server isn't compatible with Turkish server 2008 OS. If you install LYNC server on English version of Windows Server 2008, everything will be well.
