Cannot send emails to any Q.com account
Whenever I send e-mail to a q.com address, it gets bounced back with the following error and message...Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 Message blocked due to spam content in the messageLast-attempt-Date: Tue, 07 Dec 2010 19:08:53 +0000This happens all of the time even with blank e-mails to any q.com user. The message above was posted by Jimfawver on 12-13-2010. I have the same identical problem in every regard. The responses to the message above do not solve my problem. Additional information includes running XP SR3 with Outlook Express 6, I have run three anti-viral/maleware programs with no issues found, I have spoken with my ISP (Comcast) and told no problems there. Both Comcast and I can send Q.com addresses, in my address book, an email from Comcast's internet server and they are received. But, I cannot send to any Q.com account from my computer and Outlook Express. I had one of my friends with a non-deliverable Q.com address call Qwest and ask if my IP or email address was blacklisted, spammed or filtered out in any way and they said NO. I have run System File Checker (SFC) with no issues foiund. I have deleted my sent items and outbox dbx file, no help. My computer and Outlook Express are running exceptional well with this exception. This problem began around the first of february, 2011.Hope you can provide further insight. Any advise will be appreciated.Thank You

HiWhen you use any computer on your network the external IP that the message goes with is the same for all computers, it is ISP's IP assigned to you.It might be that your IP (or IP range) is blocked by q.comTry to check with q.com Jack - Microsoft MVP, Windows Networking. WWW.EZLAN.NET

Hi Jack,Thanks for the information. I was unaware of the internal and external IP address on my wireless network that you picked up on. I had originally given an internal IP address to a Q.com friend who called Qwest to see if they were filtering me out. I just spoke with my friend again and asked him to call Qwest a second time and give them my external IP address and ask the same question as to being filtered out. I will let you know what happens.Mike
