When I try to run WINRAR as an administrator, the program just flashes for a second and disappears. For another program I intend to run, I need to run as an administrator, according to certain postings on forums I have read. I am definitely marked as the administrator on the account, and I have tried going into command prompt to enable the hidden administrator, but when I log onto that account, all of my data is missing. What can I do to fix this problem? I also tried turning off the UAC, but that didn't work, so it is enabled again. By the way, I am running Vista Home Premium.
