Cannot receive e-mails even after deleting hundreds of old e-mails because inbox was full
Hi, I received an e-mail from outlook a couple of days ago saying my inbox was 90% full. The night before last, I stopped receiving e-mails, and I deleted hundreds of e-mails. But I still am not receiving any e-mail when I click on Send/receive in Outlook express? What can I do to receive my e-mails again please?

Outlook doesn't send those e-mails, it may be that your ISP did. What version of Outlook are you using? Are you using a POP3 account? If so do you have it configured to leave a copy of messages on the server?-B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook

@Ezil Vinoth That answer doesn't even come close to answering the original question. The mailbox on the server is full, recreating the identity for Outlook Express will not change anything to that. Besides, alklin is using Outlook, not Outlook Express. Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Outlook guides and more: HowTo-Outlook.com Outlook Quick Tips: MSOutlook.info
