Cannot login in Windows 7
Hello,When I boot into Windows 7, I get the following error message; "The User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." If I click OK and then click my user picture,I get the same error. How can I repair my installation? I tried using Last Good Configuration, but it didn't work. Thank you for any advice.

As a workaround, try creating a new profile and see if you have the same problems with it. If not, you can move your stuff to the new profile and delete the old one.- John

Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> User Accounts -> Manage Another Account.that will get you to a screen that has your already created accounts and the ability to create additional accounts.

I can do that, but only in Safe Mode. But, then I click "Add or remove user accounts", nothing happens.

I would try a System Restore to a time before the problem occurred. All Programs => Accessories => System Tools => System RestoreKerry Brown MS-MVP - Windows Desktop Experience

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do a system restore, because there were not any restore points on my computer. I had to reinstall Windows.
