Dear daft, OK, have deleted all MSXML installations, but no way after reboot, not possible to install the soft packages ! The complete error guide for one package is "Not possible to write the value ThreadingModel within the Key\Software\Classes\CLISD\{88D969C0-F192-11D4-A65F-0040963251E5}\IinProcServer32" For another package, I got "Not possible to write the value ThreadingModel within the Key\Software\Classes\CLISD\{9046a0f4-d1c9-438f-ac10-4c1b550368b3}IinProcServer32" Hope this could be helpfull ?? Thanks anyway for your help Aldeko

Hi Aldeko, Please make sure that the programs you try to install are the latest versions and fully compatible with Windows 7. After that, I would like to suggest you enable the Windows 7 built-in administrator account and install the programs in Clean Boot to check the issue. Enable the built-in administrator account ================================= 1. Click the Start button, All Programs and Accessories. 2. Right click Command Prompt and select "Run as administrator". 3. Click Continue when the User Account Control window appears. 4. Type the following command and press ENTER: net user administrator /active:yes Please note, we can replace yes with no to disable the built-in administrator account in future. Then you will get the prompt that The command completed successfully. If it does not work, I also would like to suggest you change the registries which cannot be written to allow Everyone Full Control. Regards,Arthur Li - MSFT
