I have HP Pavilion a6030in Desktop PC with Windows Vista Home Premium. I cannot install any drivers for external devices like iPod,Flash Drive, Webcams, Memory stick etc..... I have the latest Windows Update, but still cannot correct it. I am thinking of Reporting it To Microsoft Please Anyone Reply.

Hi, Thank you for the post. Was there any error message received when you plugged the external device into the computer? Can the system detect the device? If the system cannot detect the device, it is possibly a hardware issue. Please make sure that you have installed the latest driver for all hardware devices.
