Tried installing wireless-G usb adapter and would not recognize--no help from cisco---How do I go wireless. Please help--Thanks Jim

Hi Jim, Thank you for posting. Have you tried the Windows Vista or Windows XP driver for this Wireless-G USB adapter? If not, please try it and see if it works. As we know, to make a device work properly, an appropriate driver is necessary. If trying the Windows Vista or Windows XP driver doesnt help, we need to wait the manufacture release the Windows 7 driver. Considering this, you may also contact the manufacture regarding this.
