I tried updating (just for the hell of it) and got an error. Error code 80244019. Wth is that? I just read the sticky post about the updates, after I tried to find updates. I know the two are not related. This is the first time I tried to use windows update in W7.

That error indicates an problem reaching the server. 1. try later 2. check your internet connection 3. what security software do you have loaded? Given that they are testing the updates, and I'm sure it's pointing to a test server, I'd be a bit patient.
