I have a toshiba laptop and for some reason i cannot get online anymore. The wireless connection it work and I have even tried the lan line to make sure. My other computer is working fine so I don't understand why I am having this problem. I did the network diagnostics which is for windows xp and it said consult your computer manufacturer's troubleshooting information. you can also use another computer to visit online support services. contact your computer manufacturer for additional assistance if required. I tried to do this but i really couldn't find anything. Hoping somebody out there can help me. Thanks so much!2 people need an answerI do too
