Cannot get Peer Networking Identity Manager to run.. Error 5: Access is Denied
I've read through many of the threads but can NOT get this service to run. I am ultimately trying to get Homegroup setup. I noticed none of the required services are running. The other services apparently need this one to run first, so I tried it and got the "error 5: access denied" message. Any clues? One other thing. I don't have a C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking folder or directory. It goes up to "Roaming" but there is no "PeerNetworking" folder.

The particular link you gave me was related to the "PeerNetworking" folder in which I have already mentioned does not show up on my computer. I have administrator rights enabled and I have checked the "hidden folder" option. I am able to view all system and hidden files. The folder/directory does not exist on my particular computer.
