So you are trying to launch the Lync management shell from the Edge server?  If so, this is your problem.  All configuration and management of the Edge is performed on the internal Lync servers.  Those changes are replicated to the Edge server.  There is no reason to "manage" the edge server FROM the edge server.

Dear TWHarrington, so this not a problem ?  and the edge will replicate from the RTC normally

This is not a problem.  Since the Edge is not joined to domain, it cannot connect.  You only need to manage Edge from the internal servers.  The config will replicate out to the Edge server over port 4443 (so make sure that port is open from the front-ends to the Edge).  You can check replication status from the Lync Control Panel, Topology tab (or by using the Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus command from internal server).  There should be a green check mark next to the Edge server.
