Cannot download files from my browser, whether it be IE8 or Chrome. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, using wi-fi. When I try to download, the file will appear in the designated folder (Downloads) but will only download, say, 50 kb out of 8.5 mb (this happened as I tried downloading a windows 7 theme from Microsoft website). It has been a problem with some other downloads too, but if I'm remembering right, they've been from Microsoft as well. Any suggestions??

Is you wireless connection fine? How many "bars" do you have? First try to clean your Internet temporary files and try again (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/260897). If that does not resolve the issue, the connection probably is not stable. This can have many reasons including softwrae or hardware issues on both your computer or the accesspoint. if possible, test the wireless connection with another pc. If that is ok, check and update the drivers for you wireless card. If that does not resolve the issue, swap the wireless crad and try again.MCP/MCSA/MCTS/MCITP
