Cannot download a hotfix file
Hi,
I tried to download a hotfix for slow mouse movement when connecting from Win 7 to XP. The hotfix link Microsoft sent to my email box is
http://hotfixv4.microsoft.com/Windows%20XP/sp2/PKG62820/2600/free/149511_CHS_i386_zip.exe
And the article for this hotfix is
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/831172
However, I was not able to download the .exe file. Could anyone help me on this?

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us regarding your issue.
After I tried on my own computer, It seems there is no issue at all. Wondering whether you can provide more details information and take a screenshot during downloading
the hotfix.
If you are currently inside a company network, it might be prevented due to the firewall.
How to capture a screenshot
======================
1. Press the Print Screen key (PrtScn) on your keyboard when the error appears.
2. Click "Start", type "mspaint" in the Search Bar and Press Enter.
3. In the Paint program, click the "Edit", click "Paste". Then click the "File" menu, and select "Save".
4. The "Save As" dialogue box will appear. Type a file name in the "File name:" box, for example: "screenshot".
5. Make sure "JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF)" is selected in the "Save as type" box, click "Desktop" on the left pane and then click "Save".
6. Upload the screenshot to a photo sharing site, such as
SkyDrive
,and post a link here.
Hope that helps
