Cannot download MSE - Administrator Issues
Running Windows 7 64-bit. I cannot download MSE I get that 0x80070643 error message. So I searched around for an answer some one suggested using MS One Care Clean up. I downloaded it and tried to run it. When I hit the run button it said that I was not an administrator. My account is marked admin. So how can this be? I need help please!

The right click to run as admin didn't work. In fact that option wasn't there. I'm lucky enough I don't have too much use on it so I'm crashing it and doing a full recovery. Sorry it actually seems to go beyond just a right click. -Windows 7 wasn't my idea so don't blame me ;p

Just to let anyone know that comes across this: I crashed my computer and did a full system recovery. I believe that something happened during transfer the transfer from XP to 7.
