Cannot connect to the internet via wireless
The network that you are trying to connect is it secure or un secure. If it is secure you need to the password or the key for that. If you are entering the correct key and still get the error then confirm if the key has been changed or not. Also delete any Preferred networks, if they are there and then To add a network, click Open Network and Sharing Center Click Set up a new connection or network Select Manually connect to a wireless network (see image above) and click Next Enter the network name, type of security and encryption key and click on Next to finish

Please try to upgrade your wirless adaptor drivers and see if that helps.

I purchased my laptop HP Pavilion dv6-3037sb Small Business edition last year November and i was able to connect through wireless connection. But lately, i have been having problems connecting to the internet despite the fact that it can find different networks. On connecting, it gives "Windows cant connect to the network" upon restarting and diagnosing.................Please help, i am tired of using LAN to browse. Reset your wireless modem and create a new ssid and password. This happens with some HP and DELL laptops.

Update the network card driver to the latest one. Also test in Safe Mode with networking. What about un secure networks? We have an un secure that requires a web page authentication from Nortel. Win XP connects without issue. Win7 see's the wireless network but will not connect.
