Cannot connect to smtp server
Hello, I just installed Windows 7 (obviously...) and everything works fine, except I can't send email through the smtp server of the hospital where I work. It worked before in Vista, and still works for everyone using a prior version of Windows. Anything I can do to fix this?

What email client are you using? Are you sure you typed the SMTP address correctly? The reason I ask that question is that sometimes people will cut and paste an address not realizing that there is a space at the end that makes the address invalid. For example, although both address below appear the same, the one on the bottom actually contains an additional space character at the end Good: smtp.cox.east.netBad: smtp.cox.east.net
