Cannot connect to Router via wireless or Ethernet cable unless router is unplugged and replugged.
I recently switched ISP and with the new provider I cannot establish a connection unless the router is unplugged and then plugged back in. The repair connection function does not work. I had 2 technicians from the company and the latest one said that Windows will not release the old IP? They even installed a new NIC and the same result. With the previous provider it did not do this. Is there a fix for this? I have a 2wire router and Windows with SP3. 1 person needs an answerI do too
