Cannot connect Windows 7 PC Pro to Server2000 Domain
I've been the bulk of the day hopping around threads on the web trying to find a solution to my problem. We are running a domain on Windows Server 2000. We recently purchased 3 computers that started out with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, but bought the upgrade keys for Windows 7 Professional. However, I cannot get the computer to connect to the domain. Nor can it even ping the domain. It's as if the Windows 7 PC refuses to see the network. It does see the "unnamed network", but I can't find a way to recognize and connect to it.I have changed Local Security Settings, disabled the firewall, etc. I'm really at a loss...
