Cannot browse the LAN network
Hi all I am having a problem with a Windows Vista Business, I cannot browse the network. I have read a lot of posts in here, and I can see that Norton antivirus, can give a similar problem as I have, but I dont have any kind of antivirus/firewall installed on the machine, it is a clean install. The machine is part of a domain, and it works just fine with Internet etc etc. All other machines in the network can access the Vista machine. The Vista machine can ping all other machines The Vista machine can access the other machines by StartRun\\MachineName. But when I am browsing the network, it cannot see anything??? So are there anybody who can help me resolve this problem?

If you go to Start > Network and click on the Network and Sharing Center, you will get another screen. Under Sharing and Discovery, turn Network Discovery ON. This should let you browse the other machines on your netowrk. Hope this helps.
