Hi everyone, i downloaded the beta version,got a key from microsoft website and installed windows beta yesterday, validation was successfull as well, then yesterday evening suddenly i ve been asked to activate again i kept having this error, background goes black and i keep receiving warning messages. I even tried to go trough the registration process again and tried a new installation with a new key, but no luck as soon as windows starts it says that the copy is expired and whenever i try to validate it i receive the code error 0xC004e003, one other funny thing is that the product id i have in the system control panel is not the one i typed while installing but it s a only number string. Hope someone can help cause it s driving me mad=) thanks!

Hi again, i also keep receiving the message "you may be a victim of software counterfeiting i click on the link install genuine advantage software and then i get that the os is not supported. This is getting really frustrating,reinstalling formatting doesn t make any difference as soon as windows starts says that my pre release version has expired -(

Hi 0xC004E003 means : The Software Licensing Service reported that license evaluation failed.As you mentionned the key you typed was mistyped or has been cancelled.you can go back to control panel, and then System , at the bottom of the screen choose to input a new key than you'll be probably able to validate.Laurent Gbeau______________________________________http://www.toutwindows.com

Where did you get your copy of Windows 7?Did you download it from Microsoft or p2p? Could you post the file name of the iso that you have?Receiving an instant activation may mean that you don't have the right build of Windows 7. Beta build is 7000. Also if you type a Key in during install it should give you 3 days to activate. If you leave the key blank you should get 30 days to input a key and activate. You also could try going to the beta download again and receive another key and try that out. Good luck
