I have a Windows XP machine with three user accounts - Guest, Limited User and Admin. Guest and Limited User cannot access any websites through HTTPS, both return "This web page is not available." errors. The admin account behaves exactly as expected. This is NOT a firewall issue - I can telnet to gmail quite happily from both Guest and Limited User, I just cannot access it through a browser.This is NOT a browser version issue - IE, Firefox and Chrome are all behaving the same way. I have tried creating new versions of limited users and admin accounts and both behave exatcly as before. This exact issue has also appeared on another work laptop, so this is not a machine specific issue. My guess is possibly a recent windows update has changed something. I have tried the (really unhelpful) MS support notes on this, cleared all caches, reset all browser settings and so on. So far no joy.Anyone got any ideas?
