Cannot access accounting data

Hi there,

I have Remote Access installed on several 2012 servers.  On one of the servers I can no longer access the accounting data, whenever I open the console and try and run a report it returns zero data.  When I open the application log I'm seeing the following error:-

Login failed for user '*****'. Reason: Failed to open the explicitly specified database 'RaAcctDb'. [CLIENT: <named pipe>]

I've installed the SQL management tools locally on the DA server and I can open the DB and view all the data.

I suspect there is some kind of corruption on the DB as the server ran out of disk space, since then I've extended the drive space and everything is running fine, except the account data.

Rebooting the server or restarting any of the services does not help.  I'm running the Windows Internal Database.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi,

I did not get to the bottom of this problem.  Due to the reporting not working and several other issues we ended up rebuilding the DirectAccess environment, as expected everything works well in the new environment.
