Cannot access a Windows 7 Home Premium, need help
Hello everybody, One of my clients bought a new notebook, but he didn't seek for advice and bought one with Windows 7 Home Premium. Now he want to share a printer through the network, but the other computers can't access his computer. It keeps saying that the login information are wrong, although the information that i give is correct. Any help? Thx in advance, Henrique

Hi, I would like to confirm the following details: 1. Does this issue only occur to the shared printer? How about shared folders? 2. What is the exact error message? 3. What is the operating system of the other computers? Currently, I suggest you turn on network discovery, file and printer sharing, and public folder sharing in Windows 7, you could configure these settings in following path: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center\Advanced sharing settings For more information, please kindly refer to the following articles: Share a printer File and printer sharing: frequently asked questions Hope it helps.
