Cannot access User Profile. Cannot restore.
One of our employees cannot access his normal User Profile, only Administrator and All Users. All programs and data on the machine are associated with his user name and we can see that the programs and data are still there but can't get to them.We can't get the 'View hidden files" button to stay checked.We can't get Restore to work. Nothing happens after selecting Restore point.It looks and smells like a virus but would appreciate any feedback before we blow everthing away and start again.1 person needs an answerI do too
