Does this issue can be resolved if you restore your system back to the point before this update?

Please let me know the KB number of the update you installed which bring this issue.

Also, since this error indicates that there is a problem with this website's security certificate, please wait for the website, and they will find this problem and fix it on time.

After I enter the user name and password at the log-in page of Hotmail I get this message " The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address." And the only choice I am given is to shut down the browser. The problem happen after an automatic windows update. How do I overcome this problem? Thanks.

There is a known issue with a bing certificate in South East Asia.  Microsoft has been made aware of it. In the mean time one work around is to use a VPN (like cyberghost) to access the mail until the problem is resolved
