Cannot able to read messages from private message queue of dual homed (Corp and Phx) from corp only machine. Both boxes have WS08 R2 installed on it.

We are not able to connect to private message queue of two NIC WS08 R2 machine from another WS08 R2 corp only box. Note all required ports - TCP 2103, 135, 2105, 2107, 1801 are opened. any pointers will certainly help?
