Cannot Run Backup - Error related to not being able to create zip file
Like many others have noted, I am seeing the same problem with Backup. I do not have Carbonite nor Stuffit. I have plenty of room, and even deleted an older backup to insure I had 100G for the new image. It says I didn't have sufficient space and need 400MB for the zip file. There was about another 25G available when the msg came up. It also took about 4 hours to get to this point where it stopped working and the error msg displayed. Have been trying to backup for weeks! Anyone out here who can look at the logs and see what could be causing this problem? I don't have all that much loaded and not sure what would be causing the problem. Im at a point I would love to do a full backup as my new system has everything I need currently. I have downloaded another backup program and might have to go with that. Thanks!

Hi. Firstly, would you please let us know what the backup program is, is it a third-party one or the build-in one? If it is the Windows 7 build-in backup program, please check if there is more detailed error information in Event Log. Also, please provide us screenshots about it.
