Cannot Remove Short cut Icons
I cannot remove some shortcut icons from my deskttop. What can I do to fix this?

Could you provide the screenshot of the issue please? Did you encounter any error message during removing the shortcut icons?
Please check the permission and test in the Clean Boot environment.
