Cannot Access Screen Resolution
We have a group policy set up so that our design team can only access these items in control panel: Personalization, Printers, System, and Windows Update. They were all on Vista before and everything worked fine. Now we've added some Windows 7 computers and they can't change their screen resolution. This is extremely important, as this is the design team and changing resolution is needed.I'm assuming that this is because "screen resolution" is different in 7 than it is in Vista, as it's not in "Personalization" any more. What exception would I add to the GP so that they are able to change their screen resolution, while still keeping the same restrictions?I've already tried adding "desk.cpl" and "Screen Resolution", but neither worked.

Hi As you have already determined, some of the canonical names have changed in W7. Here is the name for the Display Settings. Display: Microsoft.Display (Windows 7 and later only) {C555438B-3C23-4769-A71F-B6D3D9B6053A} See the following links for the full list of name changes and documentation.
