I am experiencing problems with trying to cancel my text alerts to my phone when I receive mail into my Hotmail account. I have tried replying 'a off' when a message comes through.....cancelled my phone no. on the msn website. and still they keep appearing. How do I cancel this text alert service, as it is now costing me a fortune?With thanks1 person needs an answerI do too
