Not possible. Windows does not store your password anywhere and thus it can't give it back to you. When you enter/change your password, what you enter is put through a [crytographic] hashing function which spits out a large, seemingly random number. This number is then stored. The process is repeated when you go to enter your password later on except the number generated from the password challenge is compared to the stored number. If they match, they're deemed to be the same. It is impractical to try to generate a password back from the hash.HTH, JW
