Can the picture icon of contacts in hotmail be chanded to an actual picture of the contact?
I have looked at all the options I can find, including right click on the picture icon.1 person got this answerI do too

Hi slothinker,Thank you for posting. The avatar beside the names in your contact list will only change if that person has a Live account and sets it themselves.
