Can only go online in safe mode; not regular mode
Although, sometimes I can go to HTTPS [secure] sites but that also, does not always work. (The Windows Diagnostic says it cannot conect to any type including HTTPS). Also, I found that AVG can update its database in regular mode, although other anti virus programs didn't seem to be able to. (I have tried system restore, disabling firewall and router resets (including something I found on an MS forum for resetting through DOS - but these didn't seem to help for me). Any help is appreciated. Thank you1 person needs an answerI do too
