For some reason I found out that since the last weekend (~ 20th feb 2010) it is barely possible to open the webpage: www.buergerstueberl.at - no matter what browser is used!! This accounts also for all the other domains that reside on the server. The mentioned site is perfectly accessible with all other operating systems you can think of! At the moment I found three computers that show this phenomenon. These three pcs have win xp home edition service pack 3 and latest updates installed. All other sites in web can be accessed but the mentioned!! Please do not suppose that any kind of firewall or other security stuff like antivirus software prevents accessing this site as these are neither installed nor turned on!! Also please do not suppose the way how internet is accessed to be reason as other computers with vista installed sharing the same wlan can perfectly access the site!! At the moment I am not 100% sure wether win xp home edition is the only condition for failure. Maybe there additional circumstances (updates) needed that results in the mentioned failure.
