I turned off the computer before putting my password and now I can not log into Administrator. I have tried everything and nothing is working. Can someone help me please?

You could log on under another admin account, then reset the password for the Administrator account. Launch the Control Panel, then double-click Users Accounts to get the process started.

Even when you post that in the correct Microsoft official forum - they won't be able to help you too much (like help you hack any passwords.)
