Can not get to internet
I have Windows XP Home Edition. I'm plugged directly into Linksys router. Can not get to internet. I plugged my laptop into same cable and got to internet. I am connected thru network adapter, Realtek RTL139/810x. Went thru HP troubleshooting. Start, Run, typed ipconfig /all hit enter. Got an internal error occured message. Contact Microsoft products support services. Unable to query host name. I don't think that I'm getting an IP address.
