I try to down load things like Skype and other commonly used programs on the internet and my computer keeps telling me I do not have permission. I am the administrator and I am not allowed but some things can be down loaded under guest. Skype was refused under the guest login and I was told I needed the administrator to allow the download. Unfortunately the administrator was also denied the skype down load. I am so frustrated please help!!!!
