2 day old install of Windows 7 from formatted disk.DomainUser is a domain user and user on the computerUser has ownership of folderUser has full permissions on folderFolder is emptyOffline files is disabledShe is onlineWhen she clicks delete she gets:This operation can only be performed when you are connected to the networkWhen I come in with the domain admin I get the same error. However if I go to the server I see the file on the share and hit delete, bam gone. It disappears instantly from her view. She must have like 10 or so folders that do this, I want to fix the problem.

Hi, You may still need to check if you have enabled Offline on this folder. If possible, please also enter Safe Mode, remove the folder and see if the issue will re-occur. Thanks. Nicholas Li - MSFT
