I have a Dell desktop computer for my home which has three users assigned to it. I have the desktop hard wired to my router. I am currently using Windows XP Professional SP2. Two of the three users have no problems connecting to the internet, where one user cannot. Two of the three users can enter the IP address of the router and can connect with no problems. The user who has the problem of connecting to the internet, when attempting to enter the IP address of the router, cannot even connect to the router. Can I please receive some assistance in how to resolve this issue as it is driving me crazy......Thanks!!1 person needs an answerI do too
