I am running Windows XP Home edition. I downloaded the backup utility from my Windows CD. I backed up my files to an external drive. It took 40 minutes so I'm fairly sure that they did backup. I cannot access the files, as it says they are .bkf files and have no association on my computer. What did I miss, or what more do I need to do.Ian 1 person got this answerI do too
