Can joining a domain effect something in Internet Explorer that causes you the inability to connect to a link or a http:// ?
Took my laptop to work and connected to work network and was able to load http://courts.dallascounty.org and load this page whenever I wanted; Joined the laptop to the Microsoft domain network and it would load only once, since then it states it can not load web page. No one that is part of the domain can load the page more than once. Everyone on the domain once they load the page (http://courts.dallascounty.org) can not load it again. Unjoined the domain and tried connecting tohttp://courts.dallascounty.org and still can not display the page. Then I took my laptop home and connected it to my home network and still can not loadhttp://courts.dallascounty.org. Before I took my laptop to work I could display this page whenever I wanted. Since I joined my laptop to network domain and logged into the domain as a user and tried to load http://courts.dallascounty.org more than once, I can not display this page. What can I do?

Big chance this is related to Security Settings on your domain. Have you contact your Networkadmin and /or your localhelpdesk? Could the other domain users access http://courts.dallascounty.org/default.aspx without issues before you joined the domain? When you are not connected to your work network (when working at home for example) you could try clearing ssl cache and deleting cookies, then try to acces http://courts.dallascounty.org/default.aspx again. tom_van_broeckhoven@hotmail.com

Hi, You can reset Internet Explorer settingsafter unjoined the domian and see how it works. If it works, the issue can be caused by the domain GPO setting. Then, please contact your domain administrator for help. Hope this helps. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
