Can browse by IP, but not Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN)
I have three users with a strange issue. They are on Windows 7 and can not browse to a share using Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN), but they can ping the FQDN. I would have thought if they can ping the FQDN then they should be able to browse to it. Is there a service that has to be used to browse by FQDN that may not be working properly?

Hi ParalaxView, Could you browse to a share using IP address? To find which step failed, I suggest you use the Network Monitor to capture the network traffic.
