Can Not Send or Receive emails
Can not send or receive email messages.I get either the 0x800ccc90 or 0x800CCC0E error messages.I have restarted my computer and deleted my browsing history.Please help.Thank youThe connection to the server has failed. I can't find anything about this server, but it appears that AVG is the culprit. See what happens if you disable AVG temporarily. Perhaps uninstall it completely. Microsoft Security Essentials or Avast are much more user friendly.You may have to check your account settings as AVG may have changed them. Uninstalled AVG and went to avast.also set account settings back to default settings.My email still does not work.I even tried making Outlook my default email account and it didn't work either. Anything else I can try ? Appreciate it.

Are Telcom Construction your employers?http://www.telcomconstruction.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=122&Itemid=27If yes ask them to confirm settings.Did you have any other security software installed with AVG which might cause a conflict?Hope this helps, Gerry Cornell

Yes thats my employer and I will check with them tomorrow but I am sure the settings are fine.I can receive email on my blackberry-just not on my computer and no-I had no other security software installed.Thank you so much for responding.

Passwords can get corrupted. Deleting the password and re-entering it can get results. Hope this helps, Gerry Cornell
