Can I remove group policy from a laptop?
Hi, Is there any way to remove group policy from a laptop? I rolled out an bad group policy to some laptops on my domain and it has caused them to not be able to see the domain's namespace preventing them to from accessing the domain controllers. The policy has been fixed but these laptops are unable to renew their policy as the current policy stops them from seeing the domain controllers. I have been resolving this issue by dropping the laptop off the domain and re-joining it, but is there any way I can boot without group policy being applied? Would make resolving this much easier. Cheers.

No way. Anyhow, if you would like an easier way to fix this issue, you still need to centralized controls for every clients. As you introduced you are not able to communicate with the clients from server because of the policy. Therefore, the only way to resolve this issue is manually managing the clients one by one.Arthur Xie - MSFT

Fair enough. at this point I have rejoined every effected laptop to the domain to refresh its policy, so no longer an issue.
