Can I automatically add people?
Is it possible to automatically add all the people with my company's email, current and future, to Lync, or do I have to register them once they get into my company?

A few thoughts:

1) Think of the contact list as a speed dial.  You can search for everyone at any time, so why clog up the contact list with a lot of people you may not contact?

2) For just you, the easiest way would be to add a distribution group from Exchange that has all of the users.  As it's updated in Exchange, it will be updated in your client.  This can even by an Exchange dynamic distribution group that is automatically updated so no administrative action is needed.

3) If you want to do this for other Lync users without signing in as them and having them manually add this group, there is no native method.  You'll need a third party app like http://www.vytru.com/contacts-manager/ or you'll need to play with a script like http://charlesulrich.blogspot.com/2013/03/lync-server-2013-bulk-updating-contact.html?m=1

Hi,

Agree with Anthony,

There are not any other automated ways to copy all users into contact lists.

You can also refer to the link about a script may help you:
